It is that time of year again when all the shows try to leave a lasting impression so you will be talking about them all summer and be waiting with baited breath to see what will happen next. Of course, some did this better than others. My favorite season finale was Glee, that I watched on my satellite tv that I got after I realized how much does cable cost in a year.
The show began with the Glee Club feeling down because Sue Sylvester announced that she was going to judge Regionals. Their advisor, Will Schuester, needing some inspiration, turned to Emma the guidance counselor. She reminded him that winning isn’t everything and going through the process is what it is all about. Will then gives a motivational speech and says they will be using a Journey medley for the competition. They sing and dance their hearts out and then their rivals, Vocal Adrenilin, performs. Quinn goes into labor at the same time. The judges meet and Sue realizes she shares more in common with the Glee Club than she is willing to admit. They end up losing and are utterly deflated because there will be no more club. They gather for one last song which Sue witnesses. Sue blackmails the principal one last time to ensure the club gets one more year. Love was declared and a baby adopted. The club was saved. Can’t wait until next season.
